We are excited to announce that Orlando Reads Books 2024 will take place on October 10 - 12, 2024 at Embassy Suites by Hilton Orlando - North.

Orlando Reads Books is an Author Workshop & Networking Event with a Bonus Reader Day -

Thursday and Friday are Industry Days with author education. Friday will have a working lunch, Friday evening is an author and reader dinner and meetups. On Saturday, we’ll offer reader panels and a three-hour signing that is free and open to the public, as well as a party that evening.

This is a form that indicates you are interested in being a featured author at Orlando Reads Books 2023. This does not guarantee your spot. Only a letter of invitation from ORB and a PAID INVOICE from you guarantees your spot.

Invoices will come from Orlando Reads Books AFTER you have received your invitation. Once paid, your table fee is refundable (minus your deposit) only if we can fill your spot with another author (of our choice). The cut-off date for refunds is April 28, 2024.

Do you understand that this isn't just a book signing? It is an Industry event for networking with industry reps, other authors, and readers. We do not want authors participating that will only show up for the signing. It takes away from other authors that want to attend the entire time. *

Which Author Status do you prefer? *

Full table purchases are for a single author. If you wish to share a table, you must purchase a half table. Once your invitation is extended, we will ask you with whom you wish to share. If you don't indicate a preference, we will assign you a table partner.

FEATURED AUTHOR (full table) $400 Includes two days of industry day, reader events, working lunch, dinner on Friday night, author bag, and a full table at the signing

FEATURED AUTHOR (half table) $250 Includes two days of industry day, reader events, working lunch, dinner on Friday night, author bag and 1/2 table at the signing

Elite Author (Full Table) $450 This is reserved for USA Today/ NY Times Best Selling authors, authors with big back lists, or authors with huge fan bases. You will be on panels, and have other promotional opportunities. Invoices must be paid in full and immediate.
