Welcome to the Las Positas College Vocal Department! We are so excited that you have joined us and are looking forward to your audition immensely. The following outlines everything you need to know in preparation for auditions. While placement into an ensemble is never guaranteed, we make every effort to find a musical home for those interested in our program. If you are unsure if you are qualified, consider following through with the audition process to see what might happen. At the very least, gaining experience will help prepare you for the next time you audition for something.

The LPC Music Department adheres to a Zero-Discrimination Policy: Students of all backgrounds are welcome. Ensemble placement is determined on musical and performance grounds only.
