Dear Colleagues,

Healthcare delivery is evolving. The use of telehealth has expanded rapidly, not always with optimal results. The goal of this anonymous survey is to collect data about your experiences with telehealth and to get input about what modifications you would like to see. We will use the information to design versatile and user-friendly hardware and software for telehealth. We aim to develop a platform that patients can use even if they have little-to-no computer experience, physical and/or cognitive limitations, and no internet access. Similarly, the platform must meet the needs of busy healthcare providers. The project is a collaboration between bioengineers, electrical engineers, physicians, and scientists.
