The Maryland Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ (MAND) is a non-profit organization that strives to optimize the health and well-being of Marylanders through food and nutrition; and to empower members to be Maryland’s food and nutrition leaders. MAND achieves these objectives through political activism, student mentorship, continuing education, networking opportunities and community involvement.

MAND is seeking SPONSORS and EXHIBITORS for our 2020 Annual Meeting. The 2020 meeting will take place on Monday, March 23rd, 2020 at Martin’s West in Baltimore, Maryland. The theme of this year's meeting is "Set your Sights on Nutrition 2020".

MAND’s Annual Meeting is the premier educational and networking event for nutrition professionals in Maryland. This event attracts approximately 250 nutrition professionals from Maryland and neighboring states.

Reminder:  Diamond & Platinum sponsors are eligible for 3 and 2 complimentary conference registrations respectively. Gold sponsors are eligible for one complimentary conference registrations. If you would like to take advantage of this benefit, please indicate which representative(s) should receive free conference registration.

All other Sponsors/Exhibitors who would like to attend conference sessions and receive Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits must register separately for the Annual Meeting.  Please visit http://www.eatwellmd.org/page/annual-meeting for conference registration information.
Payment Information
All sponsors must meet guidelines established in MAND’s sponsorship policy http://www.eatwellmd.org/page/sponsorship-policy and be approved by MAND’s Sponsorship Committee. Once approved, an invoice will be sent to the email address listed above with instructions for making a credit card or check payment.

The deadline to register is COB, Friday February 28, 2020. Registration will not be considered complete until payment has been received. Late registration may be accepted by email, based on availability. However, for all registration forms received after the February 28th deadline, a late fee of $50.00 will be added to the total cost.

Cancellation policy: Prior to March 9, 2020, organizations that have completed registration are eligible for a 50% partial refund in the event that they are no longer able to attend the Annual Meeting. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund for cancellations after March 9, 2020.
