The Wyoming Governor's Council on Developmental Disabilities is in the process of developing goals and objectives for the 2027-2031 Five-Year-Plan.

Every five years, the Council writes its State Plan. Its goals and objectives guide the Council on projects and grants it will approve during this time period.
