On Location larp – signup
Thank you for coming here to sign up for the larp On Location! The event is organized by Voltaire's Attic, with the blessing of Larps on Location.

This form will be open for signup for three weeks. Everyone who completes it during that time will be considered for a place. It will then open later for an additional two weeks if necessary for any unfilled roles. Sign ups outside of recruitment dates will be added to the waiting list .

You can come back to this form and tweak it at any point until sign up closes – so don't feel like you have to get it perfect in one attempt. The way this works is: you submit the form (don't worry about if it's complete yet or not), and it will acknowledge submission and will display a link that you can use to come back later. It will also will email you this link (assuming you've put a valid email in the box below), together with a copy of what you've written so far, each time you submit it.

Completing this form does not guarantee you a place on the larp -- we may have more people than there are places. If you get a place, we'll then ask you for payment; and it will only be once you've paid that your place will be guaranteed.

(Note: the data that you submit via this form will be used in accordance with the we are in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation, and for the following purposes: to enable Larps on Location to evaluate your application; to enable Larps on Location to maintain contact with you before, during, and after the event; and to enable attenders of the event to communicate with each other. You can require that we change or delete your data at any time, and can request a   copy of the data we have about you. The information will be kept securely, and will be kept no longer than necessary.)

If you get a place in On Location, we will share your name and email with the other players. We will also add you to a private Facebook group, if you have a Facebook account. Otherwise, we will not share your details with anyone; and we will use them only for the purpose of administering this signup process and any subsequent waiting list or other necessary correspondence.
