Paying for T-shirt
Please visit our website: pes.carrollcountyschools.com  to now pay for the t-shirt(s). Once on the website click on the drop down 'Parents' tab then 'Parent Information'. From here you will click on 'RevTrak' and create an account. Once you log-in you will then click on 'Shop' - 'Elementary Schools' - 'Providence' - 'School Wide Fundraiser' - 'School House'. Please include the following information: your student's name, grade, house, and shirt size then add to cart. Once item is in your cart you may change your quantity for that shirt. If you are paying for more than one house (ie: Isibindi and Amistad), please add a 'School House' item for each house.  

If you are ordering shirts for more than one student, this form will need to be filled out for each student. However, you may pay in one transaction on RevTrak. Please be specific about the sizes and house shirts on RevTrak when placing orders for more than one house. Orders will not be filled unless the t-shirt(s) has been paid for.  We will be in contact with you when your order is ready for pick-up.
