The Academy is designed for journalists and media professionals working in small newsrooms (fewer than 100 employees) in the *Americas* and in the *Asia-Pacific* region. Fluency in English is required to participate. 


We invite only one candidate per organisation to apply to the Academy, and we do not accept applications submitted on behalf of someone else.
