This form is only for events that you would like publicized in our weekly emails (Tuesday and Thursday), the printed bulletin (Saturday), and advertised on our website. If you do not need publicity, please email mags@bonaishalom.org directly.

This form is for any item that you'd like to include in the eNews. Thank you for filling out this form!
Please submit your request at least 2 weeks prior to the event! If you want to have an armed security presence during your event at Bonai, please submit this form at least one month before your event
eNews Submission Policy: Events must be submitted before 5pm on Tuesday in order to be included on that week's eNews, Bimah notes, and Tuesday bulletin email. Once an event is submitted, it will be added to our calendar, the printed handout that is provided at services, the eNews on Thursday, and the Tuesday email that directly precedes the event.

  • Events will be promoted in the Tuesday email only the week before they occur (the purpose of the Tuesday email is to do a “week ahead” style email, very condensed). 

  • Events will be promoted in the Tuesday eNews no more than 6 weeks in advance and will remain in both emails until they’ve occurred. 

    • For recurring events, each instance of the event will be publicized following these guidelines until all recurrences have finished.

Please do not email the office to submit event requests. We get too many emails to guarantee that your request won't be missed, and we want to make sure we have all necessary information to adequately publicize your event!
