As the Annual Meeting will be held via a digital platform, in order to minimize the possibility of technical issues, please consider appointing a Proxy even if you plan to attend the Meeting.
 
Voting will be handled electronically during the Meeting for those Members who do not designate a Proxy.  We anticipate only two matters that will be voted upon:
 
     (1) Approval of the 2020 Annual Meeting Minutes;

     (2) Approval of the motion that "all acts and transactions of the board of directors of the Massachusetts Broadcasters Association which have been taken or made since the last annual meeting of the members of the association be and hereby are, acknowledged, adopted, approved and ratified as the actions of the association."; and
     
     (3) Election to the Board of Directors of the following individuals
