Equipment Needs
Kennedy Heights Arts Center provides: 5 ft. round tables (up to 16), 6ft. rectangular buffet tables (up to 12), and chairs (up to 150). Please note: the maximum we can accommodate for a seated dinner is 128 guests. In addition, we can provide stage and audio visual equipment operated by our trained staff, for an additional fee. No linens are provided.

Food and Drink
All food must be prepared and served by a licensed caterer. Kennedy Heights Arts Center provides a list of pre-approved and recommended caterers. If you select a caterer not on this list, they must provide a copy of their catering license and proof of insurance in advance. Exceptions will be made if the client is providing ONLY pre-packaged snacks purchased from a store. We require that alcohol is served by a licensed bartender.
