Flexible Instruction Day Chromebook Loan Program

In the event of inclement weather, CMSD has the opportunity to utilize a FID (Flexible Instruction Day) instead of canceling school. During a Flexible Instruction Day students will work remotely from home. Teachers will post assignments to their Schoology page, therefore students will need a device at home to complete their work.

If your child needs to borrow a Chromebook in the event of a Flexible Instruction Day, please complete this form. They will be given a Chromebook to take home the day before a FID.

I understand that I will be responsible for the Chromebook if it is lost, stolen, or damaged and will be billed the repair or replacement cost of this device. I understand that my child is responsible for returning the Chromebook upon return to school after a Flexible Instruction Day.
