Single occupant only not shared or for couples. Rooms are available to students and short-term request (e.g. Work terms)

Recently renovated house with updated and modern rooms. Equipped with new, comfortable beds and spacious furnishings. The house has four full bathrooms available to all. Occupants will enjoy a smoke free, pet free and drug free environment. Rent prices are as posted and no room sharing is allowed. Rooms are on a month to month lease. Damage deposits are required (50% of the monthly rent).

All tenants are expected to be respectful of the environment (i.e. clean up after themselves) and their fellow house mates.

Inclusive items are: High Speed Internet 500 Mbps (wifi only & no access to the house router), onsite washer and dryer, limited parking is available onsite (more on the street), 24-hour surveillance on all public areas, large kitchen with 2 stoves, 3 fridges and lots of cupboard storage space, all utilities are included (electricity/heating/water).

Property is located in a quiet residential area and walking distance to the core downtown attractions like the waterfront/Port of Sydney, The Big Fiddle, CBRM public library and many restaurants. Should you need to take public transit the nearest bus stop is only a short walk away.
