Livestock Records and Project Records
All youth are expected to complete a livestock record for each animal that they raise. This form can be found at: go.ncsu.edu/2019livestockrecord . This is an important process for youth to learn during the process of raising their animal.

To be eligible for project record prizes, end of year Achievement night recognition, and to be able to be judged at the county level for project records youth need to complete a full project record. Information and forms for completing this can be found at: https://nc4h.ces.ncsu.edu/youth-3/4-h-awards-incentives-programs-2/. These are exciting ways for youth to dig into their project and reflect on their hard work for this project, as well as other ways they are contributing to the community.

All livestock project forms and project records are due to your county NC Cooperative Extension Office on May 12th, 2022
