The agenda submission form is due 24 hours prior to the Executive Committee meeting, which is regularly held on the first Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm.

Details of proposals must be prepared and included in this submission form, as well as stated at the beginning of the agenda item at the general board by the person or committee that submitted the agenda item, unless there is a presenter associated with the item.

Agenda items without full details may not be heard at the general board.

Supporting documents are due 96 hours (4 days) prior to the General Board meeting, which is regularly held on the second Wednesday of the month at 6:30 pm. If your documents are ready, you are welcome to submit them here.

Agenda items will be reviewed and prioritized at the Executive Committee meeting.
