2021 Summer Camp Transfer Form

We will open transfer requests after April 19, 2021. All transfer requests must be submitted online, one per child.

Deadline Dates for Transfers or other requests:

Session 1: June 1, 2021
Session 2: June 1, 2021
Session 3: July 1, 2021
Session 4: July 1, 2021

Please note: Transfers requests are subject to availability. Camp registration transfers can only be made within your household members. Transfers to another location(s) must be equal to the cost of the session(s). Transfer will be granted only one time per child. Transfer form must be filled out per child.
