1.All participant will have to fill up registration forms and pay registration fees of Rs 100/- on the day of audition at the venue
2. The registration is open for:
Adult category: Male: Age 16 yrs to 30 yrs Female: Age 16 yrs to 30 yrs
Kids Category:  Boys: 7 yrs to 15 yrs Girls: 7 yrs to 15 yrs
3. Audition Dates:
18th & 19th June’22 , 2 pm onwards Finale Dates: 26th June’22, 4 pm onwards
4. All participants are required to be present for auditions as per time communicated during registration (Late entries shall not be entertained). If the participants remain absent or arrive late, then organiser/ Xperia management won’t be responsible for conducting the auditions again.
5. The outfits of auditions would not be provided by Event Organiser/Xperia management and the participants are to arrange the same themselves. Finalist will be provided merchandise from select brands to walk the ramp. Any cost incurred on account of damage or loss of merchandise or accessories will have to be solely borne by customer.
6. After being selected for finale, participant will have to pay for professional charges of  Rs 2,500/- against grooming workshop before finale day and professional photo-shoot post finale which will be conducted by R Friction Academy.
7. Xperia Mall Management reserves the right to use any photographs/videos shot on the audition or finale day for promotional purpose. It will be uploaded on multiple platforms including ‘Xperia Fashion Week Season 4’social media pages , other digital platform, print or TV etc.
8. In addition, you are also agreeing for the management/media to use the participant’s pictures from the event in print/digital media and portfolios for the professional designers/brand.
9. Xperia Fashion Week Season 4 reserves the right to cancel any audition at it’s discretion, without assigning any whatsoever and any decision of Xperia Fashion Week Season 4 in this regard shall be final. The schedule for Finale will be communicated to Finalist via SMS/call/email. Any changes in the schedule shall be communicated to the finalist well in advance.
10. Xperia Fashion week Season 4 is not responsible to bear expenses towards travel and accommodation of the participants/ winners.
11. The outfits are as per designer’s/ brand’s seasonal collection. Therefore, each show will end up looking different from the other. Xperia management is not to be held responsible for the same.
12. Participants would be allocated to specific designers/brands depending on their specific age group and theme requirements. Xperia Fashion Week season 4 isn’t responsible for the selection.
13. Patrons take part in audition  and fashion show  at their own risk  and waive Xperia Management of any and all responsibility for discomfort, allergy, injury, illness and/or any physical /mental strain arising due to the attendance of any /all sub-events at the show.
14. First aid /medical facilities will be provided, however, the organiser do not take any responsibility for any problem arising. Attendees will be allowed to bring their own medical and first aid inside the venue.
15. The decision on the finalist and winners will be solely based on the performance, the decision by Mall Management will be final.
