Let Macaroni Kid help make your child's birthday a little extra special.  Sign up for our 100% FREE birthday club below. Form submissions are for one child at a time; if you have more than one child to sign up, please complete the form again. Participation is limited to local addresses only (Montgomery, Chester, & Berks counties).   We love our Macaroni adults, but the Birthday Club is intended for children only; ages birth to 18.  

Please note, the following information is asked solely to send one birthday card per year.  No information (child's name, mailing address, etc) will be shared out- at all. No junk mail, promise.

Completion of the form will automatically subscribe you to Macaroni Kid Southern Montgomery's FREE weekly newsletter.  You can opt-out at any time; however unsubscribing from the newsletter we also unenroll you in the Birthday Club.
