TCS Women STOC Travel Scholarship Application
In addition to filling out the form below,  you will need to have your advisor/or department chair send a short letter of support, which also describes the availability of other travel funds. This should be sent to by email to tcswomen@gmail.com with subject line "support letter for [your name]". This is very important. Your application is not complete without this letter.

This form and the email from your advisor must be received by April 25, 2019.  Late applications will not be accepted. You will be notified about your status no later than May 1st, which is prior to the STOC early registration deadline and hotel cut-off date.
