By submitting this form I understand that the East China School District Pay to Participate Fee does not guarantee playing time or control over any conditions of the team or the Althletic Department. I also understand that paying the fee does not in any way alter the policies or procedures of the East China School District Extra-Curricular Code of Conduct.

The student participation fee is a one-time fee for the school year. A student may participate in one or more athletic teams during the school year provided the appropriate fee listed below had been paid.
- $175.00 per high school athlete for the 2020-21 school year
- $100.00 per midle school athlete for the 2020-21 school year

A student may not participate in a scrimmage, practice or contest until the fee and this form have beem submitted to the Athletic Office of the partipant's home school. The contract and fee are due on or before the first day of practice.
