Taste of the West 2023 - Vendor Form
Thank you for expressing interest in securing a vendor table at Taste of the West on June 7, 2023 at the Foothills Fieldhouse. This event has won Best of Lakewood for two years in a row!

Vendor: Based on historical attendance of 1000+ at this annual event, vendors are responsible for providing 800-1,000 samples of the food and/or drink(s) they wish to highlight. These are 1-2 oz SAMPLES/TASTES of your featured item(s).

**WE ONLY HAVE 100 SPOTS THIS YEAR - be sure to submit this form in full to secure a spot. There is NO COST associated with being a Taste Vendor. The event is posted at 4:30 - 8:00 pm for attendees.

Chamber will provide your table and napkins + promotion of your business online.

 PLUS  NEW this year: All ticket holders will receive access to a virtual 'Taste This' booklet with a recap of all the vendors, special promotions, coupons, and shopping deals to redeem after the event! SUBMIT YOUR COUPON- FLIER- BOGO DEAL BY MAY 15th! More info on this once you have signed up
