NEWDO 2020 DANCER REGISTRATION FORM
All interested dancers must fill out this form. If you performed in the 2019 Green Bay Nutcracker Ballet, you do not need to audition. All other dancers should plan to select and attend an audition slot listed below.

Northeast Wisconsin Dance Organization is excited to start off 2020 with two performance opportunities for young dancers.

On February 15, 2020, we have been invited to participate in the Civic Symphony of Green Bay Concert at The Meyer Theatre. The opportunity to perform with live music is an incredible experience. This concert is for intermediate and advanced dancers.

May 21 & 22 we will perform our annual Spring Concert at the UWGB University Theatre. This concert may include Peter and the Wolf and Other Ballets. It is open to dancers from beginning to advanced levels.

Fees: $150 per dancer or $275 per family. Make checks payable to NEWDO. Fees must be paid prior to audition

Time off from rehearsals:  Absences from rehearsals must be pre approved. Rehearsals during the final week are mandatory. No time off will be granted for February 1, 2020, February 15 & 16, and May 16-23.
Rehearsals will begin December 26, 27, and 28

Volunteer hours: 3 hours per family specific to the May production along with assistance with load in or load out.

Minimum ticket sales – none required for February and 8 tickets per dancer or 10 per family of 2 or more dancers for the May performance

I agree to abide by and respect the rules and requirements associated with rehearsals and performances by NEWDO . I agree to accept the role(s) as assigned by the Artistic Director, and to apply myself to dance to the best of my ability. If for any reason I choose to withdraw from the performance, I will notify the office immediately, and understand that the participation fee is non-refundable. I understand that rights to all photographic images and video images of my child (or myself) taken during rehearsals and/or performances shall remain the exclusive property of NEWDO and the choreographer, and that any such images from rehearsals and/or performances may be used by NEWDO and the choreographer for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes. I am aware that participation in dance is a physical activity that involves risk and possible injury. I understand and agree that the Northeastern Wisconsin Dance Organization, its Board, members, employees, and the Green Bay School of Dance and its employees, will assume no responsibility for injuries or medical expenses incurred by my child (or myself). My child (or I) has (have) no mental, physical, or emotional problems that would interfere with participation in the production(s).
