CAMPERS Easter Camp Registration Form 2021

Please fill in one registration form per camper.
You must be year 13 or under to fill in this form - If you are no longer in school you will need to attend camp as a leader. Please chat with your Key Leader about this and then fill in the leaders registration form.

If you are under 18, you must have your parents/guardians permission to fill in this form. Please make sure they are with you as you enroll as there are some check boxes at the bottom they will need to agree to. Please make sure you've read and fit the registration requirements, and that the person this form is for has read the camp rules and agrees to abide by them during camp.

If you pull out after March 18th 2021, you will still be charged for camp, unless there are extraordinary circumstances.

We are working hard to follow all Covid rules for faith based organisations. Because of this keep in mind that if you are unwell you will be unable to attend.

If we are in level 2 we will need to limit numbers.
