If you are looking for a roommate(s) for the upcoming 2020 Southeast Regional Clinical and Translational Science conference in Pine Mountain, GA, please feel free to fill out the following form so that other attendees who also need roommates may get in contact with you. After you have submitted your information, be certain to check back to see if you have lodging needs others might be able to provide.

It is the sole responsibility of you and the person(s) you select to room with to communicate with each other via the contact information provided. You are also solely responsible for contacting the hotel, booking the room, completing payments, and finalizing all details of your arrival, departure, and overall stay. Georgia CTSA is NOT responsible for any aspect of hotel booking, payment, or arrival or departure coordination.

We have arranged two options for your accommodations:
1. The Lodge and Spa – We have secured a discounted rate of $164/night plus taxes and fees. Reservations for the lodge can be booked online or by calling (844) 296-2769.  Please reference the SE Regional Clinical and Translational Science Conference or group code 2167760 for the discounted rate.

2. The Cottages – Multi-room cottages, adjacent to the Lodge and conference center, are available for $295/night plus taxes and fees. The cottages sleep up to four (4) people (2 beds/room) and must be booked by calling (844) 296-2769. This is a great option for students, trainees, and research teams attending the conference.
