December GSDP Registration Form
MindPath Care Centers at Carolina Partners in Mental Health's Gender and Sexuality Diversity Program will be hosting another two-day intensive training on best practice care for queer and trans clients on Saturday, December 14th from 9am-3pm and Sunday the 15th from 12pm-6pm. We are NASW-approved to offer 10 CEU credits for this training to all who hold licenses that can accept these credits (generally exempting you if you are an MD or under the supervision of one), but providers from all backgrounds are encouraged to attend. Please register below if you would like to join us! You will then receive further information about payment to complete your registration. Registration will be capped at 12 attendees.
