Thank you for your interest in commissioning me! By filling out this form and sending it to me you are applying for a commission. Keep in mind commissions are for PERSONAL use only. Please do not claim,sell, reproduce, and redistribute.

šŸŒ¼RULES:
-Either fill out this google form, dm me via social media, or email me at pgracekanchana@gmail.comĀ for inquiries.
-All Payments will be done upfront and I only take paypal (for now)
-I will give a specific invoice for your orderĀ Ā 
-I reserve the right to refuse your commission if I feel unsuitable to complete it and or you have proved to be disrespectful/trouble some in any ways.
-You are responsible for providing clear references
-Commissions MAY BE STREAMED. Please let me know in the form if you want to keep this private
-Digital commissions will all be done in 9x12~(or bigger) with 300 DPI and will be emailed.
-For Traditional commissions please add $6 (USA) & $16 (International) to your total price.
-Please allow me 1-4 months to finish your commission (from payment), KEEP IN MIND THIS IS JUST A ROUGH ESTIMATE.Ā I will generally prioritize commercial commissions over personal ones (since they have deadlines).
-If there is a deadline, please notify me in the form, rush fees may apply for a quick turnaround time.Ā Ā 
-Prices listed above are an estimation and might vary depending on the complexity of the characters, details, environments, etc.
-I will only give you a full refund if I have not started on your commission yet.
-Feel free to check on progress, but DO NOT SPAM (asking me on a daily/weekly basis).Ā MAX THREE ORDERS at onceĀ I will update you every 2 weeks or so depending on my traveling schedule.

šŸŒ¼Terms of Service:
-I own the work I produce. I am allowed to do what I want with the work (posting it on social media, portfolios, produce merch of, etc). I am allowed to sell commissioned fanarts as merchandise (since they aren't original to the client).

-Personal-use commissions can only be used as icons/avatars for social medias, printed for personal usage, posted on websites (as long credit is given), wallpapers, and headers. Never claim my artwork as your own and do not print it on merchandise clients intend to sell,distribute, or mass-produce.

-Clients may not edit the artwork without permission from the artist. This includes removing the watermark, coloring the sketch, painting over it, etc.Ā Reselling or minting artworks as NFT is not authorized in any circumstances.

-For commercial-use commissions, prices will usually be 2-3x or more (it varies). This includes book covers, promotional posters/pictures, twitch banners/headers/streaming screens, stickers, pins, charms, pillows, and clothing illustration(s). For this a contract document will be made for both parties to sign and the process will be slightly different. Meaning even if you submit a form, I will be rearranging prices accordingly to your commercial usage.

-ALL THE WORK I DO IS IN HOUSE. I DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH AI OR USE AI.Ā Use of my artwork, to train AI is not allowed and will result in an instant blacklist. You may not modify, distribute, post the piece to any blockchain related network, or claim my artwork as your own. You and/or your partner(s) may NOT use this work for anything AI training related. Please respect us artists and small businesses.

šŸŒ¼REFUND POLICY:
- If I have not started sketching, A FULL REFUND IS ISSUED. Other than that, a full refund will not be issued.

-If I suddenly feel uninspired/unable to finish your commission due to life issues, I will issue a refund.

-If your behavior has been toxic/disrespectful towards me as your commissioner or anyone I know, I will issue a refund. Any prolonging/proceeded on said behavior WILL be blacklisted from future commissions.

-ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGEBACKS. If a chargeback has occurred, you WILL be blacklisted from future commissions and I reserve all rights to the piece.

šŸŒ¼REFUND POLICY (traditional art only):
ANY issue upon shipment of traditional commissions that is lost/damaged is out of the Artist's control. I will not be refunding the commissions, however if there is a problem I will do my best to contact the post office and keep in touch (keep in mind I can only do this if tracking is involved. Snail mail w/o tracking is impossible to dispute with). If you are interested in commissioning the same piece, I will reduce the price by 20% for you (not including shipping), however keep in mind it won't look like the previous one. NO REFUNDS UNLESS I HAVEN'T STARTED ON YOUR COMMISSION. No disrespectful/toxic behavior, chargebacks, etc (as stated above).

TYPE 1: DIGITAL COLORED SKETCH

Type 2: Digital Character Painting
Price: $250
+$100 Additional Characters (2-3 MAX)

Type 3: Digital Character Illustration
Price: $450~
Digital Character Illustrations are highly rendered and the background is a focal point. This is the only option where you can get a full body render of a character. Time is spent more on finessing out details.Ā Ā 
+$150 Additional Characters (2-3 MAX)
+$8-60 for additional props, specific bg props and details
-Thigh up is the default, but can be full body if requested/depending on the environment
-Comes w/ detailed BG + full body option depending on the environment!

Type 4: Colored Chibi
Price: $80~
Just chibis :)Ā

Type 5: Ink on Shikishi Board
Price: $100

-Will Be from the Leg up (bust default)
-Comes w/ Simple BG (unless specified then it will be charged extra)!

EXAMPLES OF PAST SHIKISHI BOARD COMMISSIONS
What is a Shikishi Board? Ā A Shikishi Board made from fine handmade paper laminated to a hard board backing. The edge is decorated with a strip of gold paper. The boards can be used for brush painting or calligraphy. It is more sturdy than regular paper.
