You are NOT required to be there for the whole time; do what works for you.

No experience is required; please note this activity will involve repetitive arm motion and poking soft sculpture with sharp needles. I'll provide tools, ongoing guidance, and some snacks.

My studio is located in downtown San Jose, California at 1068 The Alameda (look for the bright green door off the parking lot behind Recycle Bookstore); there is parking at the studio and in the surrounding neighborhood, and it's only a few short blocks away from the Diridon Caltrain/Lightrail station near SAP Pavilion.

Are kids welcome? We tried that over the summer, and while some older (age 11+) kids were good helpers, younger ones required a LOT of cringy oversight (we are poking with sharp needles here). So only older, responsible, focused kids are welcome if they have a parent onsite for supervision.
