Marcola Farm to School Institute Survey
Marcola School District 79J has been selected to participate in a year-long professional learning opportunity called the Farm to School Institute. As a part of this, a team from the Marcola School District community (teaching and food and nutrition staff, administrators, community members) will be attending a 3-day intensive in July. At this intensive the team will develop a farm to school action plan for Marcola School District 79J. We want YOUR input to help inform the development of this action plan.
We will follow the "3 C's" (Community, Classroom, Cafeteria) farm to school model for farm to school planning, which you will see reflected in our questions below.  We welcome input from all Marcola School District staff, families and community members.  Please complete the survey below by June 30th to share ideas and feedback.

This will take about 6 minutes of your time.
