By registering and paying your deposit you agree to the following Cancellation and Payment Policies:
I commit to pay and book my room wjen it is time (usually around 2 weeks before the event you´ll receive an email about it!) and bringing the outstanding balance for the costs of food in cash upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Up to 1 month before event: 50% of the event fee has to be paid
Up to 2 weeks before event: 75% of the event fee has to be paid
Less than 2 weeks before event: 100% of the event fee has to be paid
If there are people on the waiting list and someone takes over your spot after cancelling we take an administration fee of 150€ and the rest will be refunded to you. Otherwise no refund.
Registration closes two days before we start the immersion.
