CBS Student Attendance Report 23-24
All student absences, for illness or any reason, must be reported using this required form prior to 7:25 a.m. each school day.  

A separate form must be completed and submitted for each student.

Please keep your children home when ill. If you need to give them fever reducer or cough medicine or another over-the-counter medication, keep your child home. You may contact Mrs. Mathews by phone or email. x3109

It is part of our district nursing policy that:
  • If a student has a fever they must remain at home for 24 hours fever-free without a fever reducing medicine before they return to school. 
  • If a student is vomiting or has diarrhea they must remain at home for 24 hours without an episode before they return to school.  
Parents/Guardians should not send students to school when ill - if you need to give them medicine to feel better, please keep them home. Report any illnesses, injuries or medical needs to Mrs. Mathews.
