The Spirit of McIntosh Marching Band Contract 2022-DUE MAY 27, 2022
This form must be completed and submitted with a check for $150.00 to ensure your membership in the organization. Uniforms will not be ordered for you if the payment is not submitted prior to May 31, 2022.

The first payment of $150.00 must be placed in the high school drop box in the J.C. Booth front office or the McIntosh band room on or before May 31, 2022. Anyone who needs to make a smaller first payment should email Ms. Baker with how they would like to pay their installments. We can work with any family who may need to adjust their payment timeline.

Payments for June and July should be mailed to: McIntosh High School Band Attention: Barbara Baker 201 Walt Banks Road Peachtree City, GA. 30269. Checks should be made payable to McIntosh Band. You may drop off payments to the McIntosh High School front office during summer hours. Payments are non refundable.

The intention is for parents and students to read through the contract and familiarize themselves with the needs and expectations for the marching band. Students, please understand that you must not submit the contract without a parent/guardian being aware of the contracts content.
