W+H Musical Production Summer Program Application Form
Our Musical Production summer camp is open to students interested in the performance of musical theater repertoire, live and studio production, and everything relevant and in between these things. There are different required application materials for each category. You will be responsible for choosing which category of the camp you want to primarily focus on, and uploading the required materials, as well as answer the relevant questions, for that focus.

All applicants will need to submit two videos as described below. We recommend that you get your videos ready before completing this form. Don't worry, you'll get another chance to see these requirements at the end of the form where the submission instruction are.

PERFORMERS and HYBRID Applicants are required to submit separate videos of yourself performing two contrasting music selections; at least one selection should be from the musical theater repertoire. The second selection can be a song in any style of your choosing. Videos should be shot in horizontal (landscape/sideways) orientation, and should be 1080p HD quality and 30 fps.

AUDIO/VISUAL Applicants are required to submit an INTRODUCTION video stating their name, age, and the reason why they want to participate in tech and A/V. The video should be shot in horizontal (landscape/sideways) orientation, and should be 1080p HD quality and 30 fps.

OPTIONAL: If an A/V Application wishes, they can send another sampling of their work in this area, such as a performance for which they were part of the crew, or a short film they created.
