(1) I warrant that the information provided in the booking cleaning services is true and correct in every respect. I acknowledge and agree that all personal data and information provided herein or arising from the subsequent transaction (s) with or by the company are the property of the company. (2) I agree and accept that the collection of personal data and related information is for the purpose of pre-booking cleaning services. The use of the aforementioned personal data and all information by the company shall be in the scope of the intended purpose of booking cleaning services including using my personal data and related information to send the marketing or promotional materials about your or third-party sellers’ products and services to myself from time to time. In this regard, the use of the abovementioned personal data and all information is under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any other contractual consent for such disclosures of information. (3) I consent and authorise the company to disclose my personal data provided in this application or arising from any transaction between the company and others if the company consider that the disclosure or exchange of such information serves my benefit. (4) I acknowledge and agree that the company may accept or decline my booking cleaning services without giving any reason for said decline or cancellation.
