2025-2026 Application Form
We are currently accepting applications for students in grades K through 12 for the 2025-2026 academic year.

  • There is no application fee to apply to River House Academy.

    • We will reach out to you after your application has been processed, and we will schedule a family interview. Once this has been completed, you will be notified of your acceptance status. If accepted, you will receive an email with a link to our registration and payment form.

    • A non-refundable $200 registration fee per student is due with your registration form, after acceptance.

Intent to Homeschool
We are a hybrid school serving the homeschool community. Parents of RHA students are the primary educators. All families enrolled in River House Academy must have filed a notice of intent to operate a home school with the state of North Carolina.

You are required to file a Notice of Intent to Operate a Home School with the North Carolina Department of Nonpublic Education before July 1 of the school year for which you are applying. You may file your notice at THIS LINK. If you need assistance, please let us know; we will gladly help you. After filing, you will receive a school ID number that must be sent to info@riverhouse.academy. You may proceed with your River House Academy application, but if you decide against homeschooling, your registration fee due with this registration form is non-refundable.
