Please read the following guidance in respect of booking net/fielding sessions at YMCA Cricket Club.

If you want to proceed to reserve a net or fielding session, check the box below to agree to the conditions and proceed.

Net/fielding sessions may only be booked for paid up and registered members of YMCA Cricket Club.

Net/fielding sessions are available to all categories of our club members, subject to the following:

- The last net session on Saturday/Sunday will be at 4.30pm. Kamal is available to facilitate sessions at 6.00pm or 7.30pm by appointment.  
- Only 18's and over may use this booking form.

Where a group consists of all U18's this form must be completed by an Adult whom will attend and supervise the net/fielding session.

This form is a "Booking Request" only. If there is an issue with your booking request you will be contacted to seek to such matter rectified. If it is not rectified your booking request will be cancelled.

You will need to complete this form each time you wish to make a net/fielding session booking request. We plan to publish a new weekly form on the Club website, 1 week in advance of bookings.

Only persons included on the form will be allowed entry to Claremont Road.

Net/fielding sessions are 1hr 15mins maximum. Bookings are available in 1hr 30min slots.

Please do not arrive at Claremont Road more than 15 minutes before your net/fielding session and please leave promptly after your session has concluded.

Recognised Club Coaches may attend net/fielding sessions and do not require to be noted on your booking request.

Recognised Club Coaches include: Kamal Merchant.

Fair Usage rules will apply and booking requests may be cancelled where the number of bookings made are considered excessive.

An officer of the Club will open the grounds in advance of the first net/fielding session each day and will lock up after the final session. Please ensure you tidy up properly after your session.

A Club appointed Covid-19 Officer may attend at any time. All net/fielding session participants must immediately comply with any direction given by the Covid-19 Officer.
