PICK-UP ONLY - S2H Food Support Contact Information 2024 
ATTENTION:  S2H will provide food support for FIRST - TIMERS ONLY. This is NOT a regular occurrence every week. We reserve the right to decline applications to repeat requests without further information.  

You will need to complete the form with your full details. Once we receive your request, all your details will be checked against our database. If you qualify for a food parcel, it will be added to the next available pick-up day.

CUT OFF TIME: Monday 3pm - all requests received after this time will be referred to the following week if you qualify.

PICK UP DAYS: Wednesday or Thursday between 10.00-1.00pm by appointment only.

PICK UP ADDRESS: Seed 2 Harvest Centre, 96 Swanson Road, Henderson

REMINDER - Bring ID and proof of address. Please remember your time and date, be here 5 mins before your appointment, there will only be an email reminder. If you cannot make your appointment, you will need to reapply for the next week. One parcel per household.
