1. The organizers reserve the right to restrict the type and number of vendor concessions. We will allow no more than 2 vendors per industry unless additional spots become available. Registration will be allowed on a first come first serve basis and selected based on the discretion of the committee.
Priority will be given to TBDCC Members.
2. Vendors may only sell those products listed on the application form. The organizers reserve the right to enforce the vendors’ product list. Failure to comply will result in vendor being removed from the website, forfeit all fees and future eligibility to this event. All special needs and vendor requests must be sent in writing to admin@tbdcc.ca
3. The organizers reserve the right to assign exhibitors to designated areas and vendor use shall be confined to that designated area. Products containing Cannabis/CBD are strictly prohibited unless you have a processing license to manufacture products containing CBD for sale and you are an authorized Cannabis retailer or Federally licensed seller for medical purposes.
The organizers will ensure vendors of same industry are appropriately positioned to avoid direct competition.
4. All vendor fees shall be paid on receipt of invoice to secure your spot. If not paid within 7 days, priority will be given to the next vendor.
5. The organizers reserve the right to take photographic or film any of its vendors, events, and I/We hereby agree that the TBDCC may use any such photographic or film record for promotional and/or commercial purposes without remuneration to the vendor.
6. The TBDCC shall have full power in the interpretation and enforcement of all rules contained herein and the power to make such amendments hereto and such further rules and regulations governing participation in this event.
7. Any personal information that the Tottenham & Beeton District Chamber of Commerce (TBDCC) retains is kept in such a manner as to ensure its security and confidentiality at all times. The Tottenham & Beeton District Chamber of Commerce (TBDCC) will only use this source of information as a reference to inform those vendors of future organized events that may be of interest to the vendor therein participating. The Tottenham & Beeton District Chamber of Commerce (TBDCC) does not sell or trade any personal information with third parties.
8. Certificates of Insurance must be provided by all vendors. Your insurance certificate must show
$1 million liability coverage and include the Tottenham & Beeton Chamber of Commerce at 6670 3rd Line unit B, Tottenham, ON L0G 1W0 must be added as additional insured. If you do not have your own business insurance, you must coordinate your own coverage and provide the required documentation. As an option, you can visit https://www.palcanada.com for a free quote.
9. Food vendors must provide proof of safe food handling certificate, health dept inspection and certificate of insurance as per above term.
10. Home Show information will ONLY be communicated through admin@tbdcc.ca Due to the known scams in the area, please do not communicate or send money to any email address other than admin@tbdcc.ca
11. You will have an opportunity to set up early if desired on Friday evening or early Saturday morning. ALL BOOTHS must be set up and ready to go by 9:45am Sat April 20th and MUST remain set up until 3pm. Booths that are packed up or taken down early will forfeit eligibility in future TBDCC events.
12. Vendor parking will be allocated in additional locations once set up is completed. This will allow parking for Home Show guests. More information to follow.
13. By signing this agreement, the vendor agrees to waive any claim, costs or liability against organizers for any cause whatsoever and this shall constitute due notice that the vendor assumes all risks and liabilities arising out of their participation in the Home Show.
