香港零售管理協會 (HKRMA) 及優質旅遊服務協會 (QTSA) 雙方聯手推出一個跨品牌手機電子印花消費推廣計劃,名為「ShopShop@HK去街買」,目的旨在透過Tipic手機程式刺激本地消費、振興本港零售業發展;現誠邀各零售商登記參與,助您店舖增人流、速銷售!

推廣活動玩法:

1. 參與商戶須同意以下兩項合作機制:
- 按顧客單一收據消費金額滿港幣 $250發放電子印花1個,滿 $500發放2個印花,如此類推。

- 在手機平台中的「綜合禮品站」提供最少3個禮物/優惠供消費者換領。(請參考表格第二部份的「綜合禮品庫」商戶禮品/優惠詳情)

2. 顧客只需要下載「Tipic」手機程式,登記成為用戶,即可在參與商戶店舖內消費及儲存電子印花;印花是跨品牌互通的 (舉例:在任何參與商戶每消費滿 $250均可儲1個印花,如此類推;然後在「綜合禮品庫」內換領所有禮物/優惠 (視乎換領條件)。) 可參考﹕https://sites.google.com/cherrypicks.com/guidelines-for-shopshophk/home

3. 商戶只需透過智能手機安裝免費的「Tipic管家」程式,並掃瞄用家手機上「Tipic」內的QR碼 ,便能發放電子印花,並可於程式內管理優惠券、兌換禮品等。詳細操作教學將於收到表格後提供。參與商戶須自備已連接互聯網的智能手機。有關「Tipic管家」發放電子印花流程,可參考: https://youtu.be/IrOi0b93eb0

有興趣參與此推廣活動的商戶,請填妥以下表格。

協會認可的「ShopShop@HK」商戶填妥此表格的資料及優惠後,預算需時最少10個工作天安排正式在 Tipic 手機程式上架。

第一步:協會將會向合資格商戶提供資料介紹「ShopShop@HK去街買」推廣計劃及基本操作流程。
第二步:商戶將會收到Tipic平台管理員發送培訓手冊、影片及內容管理系統登入賬號。
第三步:商戶收到登入資料後,可自行到平台管理員後台輸入店舖及換領禮品資料及條款。

參與資格

參與商戶必須是:​
1. 香港零售管理協會 (HKRMA) 或 優質旅遊服務協會 (QTSA) 的會員公司、或
2. 由協會兩名會員提名的非會員零售商戶,及
3. 於香港營運零售實體店舖

時段及費用:

推廣計劃暫定為期 6個月 (2020年9月8日 - 2021年3月7),分為第 1 及 2期;

首 3個月 (2020年9月8日至12月7日) 為第 1 期 ,商戶參與費用全免;

其後 3個月 (2020年12月8至 2021年3月7日) 為第 2 期 , 商戶需按派發印花數量繳付費用, 每派發一個印花會收取印花價值0.5% (即 HK$250 的 0.5%,每個印花收取 HK$1.25)。

參與商戶於第1期免費電子印花期完結前兩個星期,將會收到Tipic平台通知聯絡人 (電郵/電話), 以確認會否繼續參與計劃。

商戶可於 Tipic CMS (內容管理系統)內以充值形式預購電子印花, 並派發印花至活動完結。

有關收費詳情及條款將列明在商戶合約內, 並於稍後發放予確認參與的商戶。


Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) and Quality Tourism Services Association (QTSA) are organizing a cross-brand e-stamp mobile app promotion campaign named “ShopShop@hk”, aiming to boost local consumption and revive Hong Kong’s retail industry through Tipic mobile app. We cordially invite all retailers to JOIN THIS CAMPAIGN to draw sales and traffic for your shop!

Mechanism of the Campaign:

1. If merchants are committed to join the campaign, they should agree on the followings:

- Issue e-stamp based on the amount of HK$250 spending for 1 e-stamp, and HK$500 for 2 stamps per transaction, so on so forth.

- Offer at least 3 gifts/offers to the central pool of gifts for consumers’ redemption. (Please refer to "Details of Members' Gift/Discount in Central Pool of Gifts" in part 2 of this form)

2. Consumers are required to download the mobile app “Tipic” and register as a user, then they can spend and save e-stamps according to the participating list.  The e-stamps are for cross-brand redemption (e.g. consumers spend HK$250 at any participating merchants can earn one e-stamp, then they can redeem gifts / discount offers listed in “Gift Central Pool”, subject to the terms and conditions of redemption.), please refer to: https://sites.google.com/cherrypicks.com/guidelines-for-shopshophk/home

3. Merchants only need to install the free "Tipic Keeper" app on their smartphones, and scan the QR code in the "Tipic" on consumers' mobile phones to issue e-stamps. "Tipic Keeper" app can also manage coupons and redeem gifts in the program, etc. Detailed operation instruction will be provided after receiving the form. After HKRMA and QTSA have reviewed the completed form:

Step 1: The Association will verify the membership of the interested merchants and will share more information about the ShopShop@HK campaign and the basic mechanism.

Step 2: Merchants will receive the training manuals, videos, and CMS (content management system), login account name and password sent by Tipic Administrator.

Step 3: Merchants can login to the CMS to input data regarding the participating shop list, gift redemption offer and T&C.

Eligibility

Participating brands must be:
​1. A full member of either HKRMA or QTSA, or
2. A non-member retailer endorsed by any two members of the two associations; and
3. with physical outlet(s) in Hong Kong.

Duration and Fee Schedule

The campaign will be officially launched on 8 September 2020 and last for a period of 6 months with 2 phases until 7 March 2021.

For the first 3 months (8 September to 7 December 2020), it is FREE OF CHARGE to all participating merchants.

After the 3-month free of charge period, a service fee will be charged to merchants at 0.5% of value of each e-stamp issued (i.e. 0.5% of HK$250 = HK$1.25) as the basic administration charge for the following 3 months (8 December 2020 to 7 March 2021).

Participating merchants will receive email / phone notice two weeks prior to the completion of the first 3-month free trial period from staff of Tipic to reconfirm their continued participation for the campaign.

Merchants can select to top up the amount of e-stamps in pre-paid payment format for issuing e-stamps until the end of campaign.

The terms and conditions for the payment is listed in the merchant agreement and will be issued to participating merchants after confirmation.
