Quintimacy Event Assistant (including Bodywork Demo) information form.
Quintimacy depends on a team of assistants and bodywork demo volunteers to happen. It is a way of being in the room in a different way, and giving back for those who have found Quintimacy has benefited them. 

This form is an organised way for me to find out about you and your reasons for wanting to be an Assistant/Bodywork demo at Quintimacy, and to prompt important discussions between us about being part of the team, including about needs, preferences and limits you have. (All info shared is treated with discretion and may be shared on a need to know basis with facilitators).

We are a small community with lots of overlapping relationships. Are there any potential attendees or other assistants you would find it difficult to work with or have particular boundaries with because they are a partner/ex partner/client in your profession, etc (feel free to indicate yes and it can be discussed in a call).
