We are seeking applicants who are excited to lead our customer service teams and oversee day to day operations at our retail card and gift shops.
Ideal candidates are able to travel to and from each shop easily, have retail management experience, exemplary customer service skills and feel confident leading a team of 18-30 people. Excellent organizational skills, quick thinking, highly motivated personality and a "big picture" point of view will serve this position well. An enthusiasm for the types of products we sell is also a plus.
