Session Description and Speaker Bio

Environmental Education for Students: This session will assist teachers to help students to discover a passion for the environment. Candidates will also understand how the TVDSB Environmental Education Center builds young people’s interest in learning about and protecting our environment through their locations in the city of London.

This session will be presented by Erin Mutch, who is the Learning Coordinator for Environmental Education for Thames Valley District School Board. The TVDSB Environmental Education Centres are part of the out of school learning landscape where staff and students can enjoy experiential learning opportunities with a focus on environmental stewardship.
