What is your expectation of what Circle Members should be paid for their work? Considering its about 40 hours per month?   Lets hear what the Community feels about it. Whatever you say as a Community  will be taken into consideration for a proposal in this regard.  So

How much should Circle reps get paid? During Fund 7 a proposal was put by Admin team to pay them 333.33 USD per month ( 1000$ for 3 months) for 40 plus hours of work. Members are now spending more time than this. Rep role is one of listening to their constituents, hearing about issues, figuring out how to solve the issues, discussing the problems and issues with Circle members and putting forward suitable solutions presented by their constituents.

How much should Circle Admins get paid? During Fund 7 a proposal was put by Admin team to pay them 833.33 USD per month ( 2500$ for 3 months)  Admin role is one of scribe, or record keeping. Also ensuring that minutes are kept and meetings recorded.

Should the community have to vote on this each and every time   or should IOG make a permanent allocation from the Treasury in this regard?
