Who We Are
We are a group of students from the Stanford Graduate School of Medicine, Education, and Business who are passionate, through lived experience, about supporting youth mental health. As part of our coursework, we began conducting research, which has evolved into building a software tool to help find and support youth suffering from depression, anxiety, and/or other mental illnesses. We hope that this tool can be used by youth, schools, and families to proactively support youth in need and destigmatize conversation about mental health.

Research Overview & Goals
To progress our research, we’re looking for volunteers (30 years old or less) to:

- Google search history (instruction as to how is provided within the survey)
- Allow us to follow you on social media (@sonarmentalhealth or similar)

The tool we are building combines this data and individual pulse checks proactively identify when youth are at risk from mental illness, in order to make evidence based interventions and improve long-term outcomes.

By sharing this information you will help us to improve the accuracy our or models, which will lead to more youth being supported when (or even before) they need it.

Data Privacy
The data we collect will be completely anonymized, not used for any purpose other than as stated above, and can/will be deleted upon your request at any time.
