A friendship host/family is a local person or family who will assist you in learning about American culture and life in Tuscaloosa. Partnering with a Friendship Family is also a chance for you to share your culture and customs with American families in Tuscaloosa.

Please complete this form to become part of TIF and be connected with a friendship host or family from Tuscaloosa International Friends. The information will assist in determining the best “Friendship” match for you.

Your assigned Friendship Family will contact you via phone or e-mail. You will be invited to attend TIF sponsored events with your friendship host/family. Please respond to any communication (email, text, phone) from your friendship family and the UA International Student & Scholar Services office.
