12 Year old Adventure Camp Weekly Overview:

Camp run by Liz Harris
- Weeks 1 - 3

Mondays: Big Buddy (junior counseling) time, Messy Art projects, Hike to Moretown for swimming

Tuesdays: Full Day hiking adventures at Mount Ellen, Lincoln Peak and Mad River Glen followed by swimming

Wednesdays: Field Trip (Get Air, Essex Family Fun Center, Quechee Gorge)

- Week 4 - 6

Mondays: Big Buddy (junior counseling) time, Messy Art Projects, Mountain Biking

Tuesdays: Waterbury Reservoir full day adventure kayaking, swimming, hiking

Wednesdays: Field Trip (Spare Time, Stowe Rec. Path & Ice Cream, Tubing on the Mad)

- Weekly Camp Rate:
$275/week

- All field trip costs are included in weekly tuition.

- Sibling discount: Children enrolled in NOW programming are eligible for a sibling discount (10%) if siblings are enrolled for at least 3 days per week and discounts will be applied to the older sibling(s).

- Once you have completed this form and received a confirmation email from NOW, your child's slots are locked in as of Wednesday, May 1st, at which point changes cannot be made and families are expected to pay their summer tuition in full. All families have until May 1st of 2024 to request changes to their summer schedule. Families must pay for ALL weeks that their children are enrolled for unless NOW is able to fill the child's slot following May 1st, 2024.

-If your child misses time due to any illness you will still be obligated to pay. If you choose to not send your child for any reason you will still be obligated to pay.

- If NOW closes due to inclement weather/unforeseen emergency closures/Health Department or Government guidance, no refunds will be given.

- Families will have the option to pay for the entire summer tuition in full or pay per month. After filling out this form AND receiving confirmation of enrollment, a summer statement will be sent for the entirety of the summer with the option to pay in full. If families choose to pay per month, a bill will be sent prior to the first of June, July and August. Tuition for each month will be due on or before the 1st of each of these months.

- The NOW program accepts subsidized funding for qualified families. If you need information regarding subsidy please contact the Family Center of Washington County (802) 262-3292. All paperwork must be handed in prior to your child's first day of attendance.
- Neck of the Woods partners with the Mad River Valley Community Fund to provide scholarships to families in the MRV as well. If you would like more information on these scholarships please contact us at info@neckofthewoodsvt.com

-Invoices are sent though email and the two methods of payment are online through the link attached to your invoice or by check made out to Neck of the Woods and sent to Mailing address: 584 Route 100B Moretown, Vt. 05660
