Liability waiver
Anter Vidya and
its agents are discharged/waived of all responsibility for any complaints,
obligations, damages, loss, injury and/or causes of actions arising from my
participation at the Training “The
Science of Mind and Humanology for Leadership and Success”.
The written and
oral presentations of this training are the exclusive intellectual property of
the Anter Vidya, and are protected by copyright. Nothing contained in print and
audio material may be reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any form,
electronic or mechanic. By registering and attending the training, I explicitly
state that I will neither reproduce, transmit and/or distribute nor help to
reproduce, transmit and/or distribute any description, image, video or audio
recording or other records of this training. No camera or recorder can be
brought prior to the consent of the Anter Vidya.
I also declare to waive any
claim for damages and reimbursements to the organizers, teachers, operators
and/or legal representatives and to exempt them from any civil and/or penal
responsibility.
