In January 2021 and February of both 2022 and 2023, we conducted surveys within our shared network of coaches, mentors, supervisors, and facilitators. The purpose was to explore the challenges experienced by both their clients and them in the aftermath of the pandemic, the invasion of Ukraine, the surging inflation, and the prevailing sense of uncertainty.

In 2023, the sense of uncertainty and threat heightened, particularly due to the war in the Gaza Strip. This prompted us to conduct a third survey.
