"Rotary in Southern Wales Conference 2022/23 is to be held on Saturday 22nd April 2023. The venue is the beautiful, family owned, Miskin Manor luxury Country House Hotel and Spa set in
25 acres of award-winning grounds and immaculately manicured gardens, nestled
in the heart of our glorious Welsh countryside, just 1 mile off junction 34 of
the M4 motorway.
Our theme and focus this year is
on ‘Poverty’. You will arrive between 09:00 – 10:00 am when the conference starts. Where a hot breakfast
roll, tea and coffee will be available for you to start the day. The conference at begins at 10:00 am in the Terrace suite. There are several guest speakers throughout the morning interspersed with comfort breaks,
tea and coffee, followed by a sit-down buffet lunch. We will resume after
lunch at 14:00 pm with further topical speakers and a mid-afternoon break for
more tea/coffee and patisseries, concluding around 17:00pm. There is
ample car free parking available here and we are using the Terrace conference
banqueting suite for our main event with the Glyndwr suite and Minstrel Hall for
our breaks and luncheon.
Although we are holding a one-day conference, we understand that
you might like to make a long weekend break from it, so there are limited rooms
available to book with over-spill accommodation available at the Vale Resort
just 2 miles away on the opposite side of the M4 Junction 34. Booking.com Link.
There are 125 places available on a confirmed payment
basis. Any entries over the limit will be informed by e'mail and put on a
cancellation list. Money will be refunded if no place is available
shortly after the Conference.
