Tällä lomakkeella voit ilmoittaa, mikäli Aspektin toiminnassa, opiskelijatapahtumissa tai yliopistolla yleisemmin olet kokenut tai havainnut epäyhdenvertaista, loukkaavaa, uhkaavaa, ahdistavaa tai joustamatonta käytöstä tai asennetta liittyen etniseen tai kansalliseen alkuperään, kansalaisuuteen, kieleen, uskontoon, vakaumukseen, mielipiteeseen, terveydentilaan, sukupuoleen, seksuaaliseen suuntautumiseen tai mihin tahansa muuhun ominaisuuteen, tai mikäli olet kokenut jonkin tilanteen muulla tavoin epämukavaksi tai ahdistavaksi.

Lomakkeen käsittelee luottamuksellisesti Aspektin yhdenvertaisuusvastaava ja häirintäyhdyshenkilö. Yhteyttä voi ottaa myös suoraan sähköpostitse: emma.vesakoivu@helsinki.fi.

Kerrothan myös, jos sinulla on toiveita asian käsittelemisen suhteen. Muussa tapauksessa häirintäyhdyshenkilö raportoi lomakkeen sisällöstä hallitukselle yleisellä tasolla ja anonyymisti, jotta voidaan keskustella siitä, mitä asialle pitäisi tehdä. Tapauksien yksityiskohtia ei tuoda ilmi.

With this form, you can report any kind of discriminatory, racist, sexist, narrow-minded, offensive, threatening, violent or inflexible attitude or behavior related to your gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, language, health condition, religion, beliefs, opinions or other that you have witnessed or encountered yourself in operations of Aspekti, student events or activities or on campus in general, or if you have found a situation distressing in any way.

The returned form will be handled confidentially by the equality correspondent and harassment contact person of Aspekti. You can also contact them directly: emma.vesakoivu@helsinki.fi.

You may also express any wishes regarding the process of dealing with the matter. Otherwise the harassment contact person will report on the form’s contents to the board generally and anonymously so that the board will be able to discuss further procedures. The incident’s details will not be disclosed.
