Please fill out the google form below to register your student for band or orchestra.  3rd Grade Students may sign-up for ORCHESTRA only.  4th grade students may stay in ORCHESTRA, switch to BAND, or start BAND or ORCHESTRA for this first time.  5th grade students are encouraged to stick with the same instrument from previous years, but may also sign up for BAND or ORCHESTRA for the first time!  Mrs. Ford will send information about signing up for CHORUS.  Students in 4th and 5th grade can participate in CHORUS and BAND or ORCHESTRA.  The registration deadline is Friday, September 17.  Please do NOT rent or purchase an instrument (if you are switching instruments/a beginner) until Mr. Henley as finalized your instrument choice.
